Five minutes of Awe….

Even 1 minute, living in the energy of AWE, will benefit you in miraculous ways.

If you are having trouble finding something to be in awe of, focus on your body.

Your body is a Universe in and of itself.

Each cell has a world within it.

Each cell has a role to play.

It is amazing to try to wrap your mind around how all the cells work together to make up your body.

Talk to your cells.

Thank them for doing their part.

Even the “unhealthy” ones.

They are waiting patiently for you to hear their message.
