How spending 1 minute in AWE can change your life

Wayne Dyer said, “Give yourself a gift of five minutes of contemplation in awe of everything you see around you. Go outside and turn your attention to the many miracles around you. This five-minute-a-day regimen of appreciation and gratitude will help you to focus your life in awe.”

Five minutes of Awe….

Even 1 minute, living in the energy of AWE, will benefit you in miraculous ways.

If you are having trouble finding something to be in awe of, focus on your body.

Your body is a Universe in and of itself.

Each cell has a world within it.

Each cell has a role to play.

It is amazing to try to wrap your mind around how all the cells work together to make up your body.

Talk to your cells.

Thank them for doing their part.

Even the “unhealthy” ones.

They are waiting patiently for you to hear their message.
